We offer project filming in Wales!
Project filming can be a stunning addition to time-lapse footage, or can work beautifully as a standalone piece of work. Whether you choose regular on-site filming, final filming of your completed project, interviews, or an O&M manual, we’re here for you. Our film production team have the know-how to guide you through the whole process.
Regular project filming
With this service, our team visit site a number of times throughout your project, capturing drone or ground footage of what is happening and creating clips for social media updates, or any internal or external presentations you may be having. At the end of the project, these clips can be combined to create an interesting film showing how the project happened. Adding captions and music can help to tell the story and get your message out there.
End of Project filming
Here, we visit site after the construction work is complete and capture all of the internal and external features in glorious 4K detail. Again, we can use standard filming on it’s own or we can also bring our drone and capture aerial footage as well. Captions can be used to highlight features of interest, or you can let the images and film footage speak for itself – remember a picture is worth a thousand words!
Interviews
If you are wanting a longer, more detailed film about your project, interviews with contractors, residents and clients can help to flesh out the story and get your message across. We can help with this as well!
Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M manuals)
We can create film based Operation and Maintenance Manuals for your new building! Generally, with this service, we film your handover sessions with building managers, maintenance teams etc, recording each contractor talking about an aspect of the building, it’s operation and maintenance. These can be anything from the operation of fire alarm systems and boilers to showing where the stopcock is located. We edit this footage into short clips for each item, and create an online folder of clips that you can download and share with the building management team. They can then use them to train new staff or as reminders to themselves when needed. Often video clips are easier to follow and find than leafing through a paper book, or navigating a large pdf document.
